DICT-UP CoED launches STEM EDUCATION MASTER COURSE FOR TEACHERS 2021 in SDO San Juan

The Schools Division Juan City was chosen for the Pilot Launch of the STEM EDUCATION MASTER COURSE FOR TEACHERS 2021 of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), in partnership with the University of the Philippines-College of Education.

The STEM EDUCATION MASTER COURSE FOR TEACHERS 2021 is the first of the three blended (synchronous and asynchronous) trainings offered by the Department of Information and Communications Technology-ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau, in partnership with the University of the Philippines- College of Education through the development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). It is designed to develop and strengthen competencies of teachers in integrating digital skills in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Education.

Education Program Supervisors, Science and Mathematics elementary and secondary teachers in the public schools of San Juan City are expected to participate in the series set on August 2-6, 2021. SDO San Juan being the pilot Division for the project, will take the lead in undergoing the said Master Course! #SDOSanJuanSHINE
