WCES kicks Off Early Registration

In line with the early registration program, West Crame Elementary School conducted its first ever kick off ceremony thru motorcade last February 1, 2020 at 7:30 A.M around the vicinity of Brgy. West Crame.

Division Officials, Ma’am Flordeliza Pereyra - OIC ASDS, Mr. Demie S. Atienza-Planning Officer III were present during the motorcade led by Brgy. Capt. Marcelino Trinidad, Kagawad Fem Timado (Education Chairman Committee) and Brgy.Police/Tanod.


Faculty and staff, GPTA and HRPTA Officers, parents and pupils also joined in giving school flyers to the people around the community.

During motorcade, Mrs. Foronda announced that the early registration mainly targets those pupils entering Kindergarten and Grade 1. She also encouraged other parents from other grade levels to register early.

As of 1:00 PM, there were a total of 75 enrollees reported in LIS. Registration was closed at exactly 4:00 PM.


The Department of Education (DepEd) is originally set to open its early registration from January 25 – February 28, 2020. However, Chinese New Year falls on January 25, so the Early Registration has been moved to February 1 – March 6, 2020.

As per DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2018, otherwise known as the “Basic Education Enrolment Policy”stated that early registration seeks to locate, identify and register out-of-school children and youth in the community who may be characterized as: living with disability, living in off-grid/far-flung community; a barangay without a school, or a geographically isolated area; displaced due to natural disaster; living in an armed conflict area or area with high level of criminality/drug abuse; having chronic illness or nutritional problem/s; victim of child abuse or economic exploitation; stateless/undocumented; in conflict with the law; living on streets; and no longer in school but interested in going back to school.
